As one ages, people say the legs are first to go, but I haven't had that problem. My lips were first! "Oh, well," I told myself, "that's life! Nothing I can do about that."
Since I'm a realist and believe in aging gracefully, that didn't bother me at all. But when a friend got some of this "lip plumper" and I saw how it made her look: all sexy and pouty... Well, that did it! I just had to try this product.
I was afraid I wouldn't look like a "Pop Beauty" as my friend does, and as the name implies. I truthfully feared I'd look as though a bee had stung me, but my fears were allayed when I finally got this product and it worked; just the right plumping to make me look a bit better for all my Amazon profile shots.
Angelina Jolie I'm not, but a new improved Betty Dravis I am! I'll take all the help I can get.
I don't recommend POP Beauty - Bee Stung Maxi Lip Plump on a daily basis; only when going out on special occasions or for special "photo shoots" when you want to feel a bit more perky.

This product came pretty fast, around four or five days after placement of the order. The actual gloss is nice, it has a pleasant smell. The bottle is pretty small, only the size of my pinky finger, including the top. The plumping powers, however weren't great. The first time I used it, I could feel the tingle. It definitely wasn't a burn, it was just a slight tingle, like the feeling of rubbing a peppermint on your lips. The first time, I noticed that my lips did plump, but only a little, which isn't saying much. The next few times, it plumped less and less. Obviously, I'm not expecting much, because it's just a plumping gloss. The way the product is supposed to work is the oils and extracts are supposed to irritate the lips, which attracts blood to the lips, which, in turn, adds the look of plump, red lips. For me, I think, these oils and extracts and whatever else is in this product, does not provide much irritation, which doesn't plump well. I am guessing, however, that this product would work differently for different people, depending on what irritates their skin and lips. I also noticed, though, that on the first few uses, if I accidently got a little on the skin around my lips, the product wasn't exclusive to lip, meaning, it would irritate and draw blood to the skin around it. Overall, it think that a better product is Aura Cacia - Cinnamon Leaf Essent. Oil, .5 oz liquid, which is an extract that can be added to any gloss, and is much cheaper than buying a more expensive plumper that may not work.
