This product gives a pleasant tingle to the lips and is a nice gloss for over lip color if you want to use it that way. But there has been no noticeable plumping effect I can see. A little tingle when applying the second tube but then nada. Perhaps the ingredients will plump over time, using it every day, but if you want fatter lips now, you will be disappointed. Also the packaging doesn't contain much product, so I doubt that I will get a lot of use out of it.
