| Customer Reviews: It sort of works... April 12, 2008 A. McGee It's definitely not a permanent plumper... bare in mind that collagen lip injections are not even permanent. So what does this product do? It has an ingredient that irritates your lips so that they swell a bit. But my lips got used to it and it stopped doing even that. Also, it caused welts if I got it on my face accidentally and an irritated ring around my mouth if I applied it too close to the lip line.
What was I thinking?? June 15, 2007 R. Rutledge (Lake Dallas, Tx) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
It sounded too good to be true, and after almost 3 months of use...indeed it to me is worthless.
I'd be interested in even hearing what the rationale the company used or scientific basis (should there be one) that is the underlying catalyst claimed to "plump your lips".
For me just another extra routine I'm glad to be without, ZERO results.
