I've tried lip plumpers from Mary-Kate & Ashley, Sally Hansen, Clinique and Lorac... Too Faced has by far the best product out of all of those...
It tingled only slightly for about 2 minutes, surely did not sting... it was slick going on (not sticky) and has a nice light smell... and at the end of those 2 minutes my lips were noticeably plumper and definitely redder. I was shocked...I did *not* expect that much of an effect. I am more than satisfied... If you want plumper, naturally red lips- it's worth the $18 by far.

This lip plumping serum is seriously effective in creating beautiful lips but it is also more tingly than DuWop's Venom Gloss. At first, it is just a smooth gel/serum you apply within the lip line. This is a powerful product that will cause your lips to actually change color, making them look like you applied lipstick. The tingle can last for 3-5 minutes and is not uncomfortable, but noticeable.
This formula promises long term results and unlike other products that fade in a matter of hours, you might wake up the next day and still be able to see the effects. The formulation is based on "four of the most scientifically proven and advanced lip plumping technologies." Using this product morning and evening along with your regular beauty routine helps to maintain the results.
If you prefer something a little milder, you may want to try out the DuWop Venom Gloss or even use both at the same time because the DuWop has a nice glossy effect and this is more of a serum that absorbs into your lips.

I got the sample from Sephora and fell in love with it right away. My lips got so red and so plump, especially the top lip and oh, I rushed to Sephora to buy the bottle. I am a fan of Lip Venom 2nd sin, but I admit this one is the better of the two, BUT, I love lip venom 2nd sin and I put it on after the tingling from lip injection extreme has stopped. I love the way this product smells and I love the burning sensation.

This product WORKS. However, I want to point out that for me it didn't "tingle" like other reviewers have said, it HURT A LOT. But the good news is that you get used to it really quickly, and after the first few days of using it I barely feel it and it doesn't hurt anymore. If you use it and it hurts, just power through it because it will get better.
After only a few days of using this product in the mornings and evenings my lips are plumper throughout the day. I will definitely keep purchasing this product, and you should try it.

It tingles, but only for a few minutes. I really needed something to fill out just the very surface of my already very full, but dry lips (not quite Jolie-full, but pretty close). My lips are also naturally very pale. With this, my lips stayed smooth, soft, and distinctively redder for hours. For my purposes, it worked quite well.
